Goodbye 2017 and Hello 2018.

As we begin a New Year it can be helpful to take time to reflect, review, contemplate or to meditate? In doing so we can honour the past year by celebrating our joys and mourning our losses and by shaking our heads at the wonder of it all...another year notched up as we grow older and hopefully wiser?

We can all benefit from going NUTS as we reflect on 2017

Notice what has happened

Understand how/why/when some of it came about

Take Responsibility by recognising what things need to change and

Start the New Year motivated to initiate and embark on making changes...one step at a time!

In order to do this it may help to set aside time to consider the following questions and even to incorporate them in conversation with others over the next few weeks? Let's aim to be intentional in remembering the good and meaningful things first and then consider the changes we'd like to instigate in order to enrich our lives and those we connect with.

It's not easy to give ourselves permission to stop and hone in on ourselves. It may take several sittings? Yet, by taking time to tune in and to reflect, we can get to know ourselves better...who we are, what we do, what we want and who we want to be.

If you're stuck?

Let's Talk :)
